The economy has wreaked havoc on the job market and, with the 2005 bankruptcy reforms now in the distant past, bankruptcies are spiking art an alarming rate. Collectors of all experience levels will benefit from this practical look at the legal issues surrounding credit unions regarding collection and bankruptcy issues. Plan to attend this roundtable designed for Presidents/CEOs/ managers, loan officers, credit committee members/volunteers, collection officers, compliance officers, and any other credit union staff responsible for minimizing the credit union’s exposure to bankruptcy losses, collections, or lending in general.
