President's visit the new Dell Children's Medical Center

The Austin Chapter of Credit Unions has a long standing commitment to helping children in the communities we serve. Naturally, when we heard a new children’s hospital was being built, we wanted to do whatever we could to help make this dream a reality. With the help of all the Austin credit unions, the Austin Chapter of Credit Unions was able to make a $2.5 million dollar pledge towards the new Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas. The biggest fundraiser for the chpater is the upcoming Kids Classic Golf Tournament and Auction Party which is scheduled for September 16 and 17. Please visit www.kidsclassic.org for full details.

Several credit union presidents were treated to a tour of the new hospital on July 26. The highlight of the tour came when they were brought to the second floor of the hospital and were shown the Austin Chapter of Credit Union Inpatient Wing.
