Gilianne “Gili” Carter is the new executive director of the political division in Austin for the Cornerstone Credit Union League. Gili brings to the job more than 30 years of government relations experience at federal, state, and local levels. Her extensive knowledge of the legislative process, robust political network, and dynamic personality is a tremendous asset to our member credit unions. Gili is highly regarded for her work as a political consultant for various organizations and nonpartisan groups, and she’s honed her understanding of state government and policy making by working with the Texas Legislature.
Buddy Gill, Engagement Consultant with CUNA, has been at the forefront of credit union advocacy for over 20 years. He is a fierce credit union champion, and a top-tier strategist who uses his diverse skill sets to help credit unions grow and succeed. His knowledge and wonderful speaking style make him a key leader for all things advocacy.
ACCU will cover your first drink, and this event will offer you a chance to mix and mingle with Young Professionals and Senior Executives alike.
